Workstream 1: CRM Platform Management
Creation and deletion of Projects, Accounts and Contacts into the system.
Regularly update new information of Accounts, Projects and Contacts upon receipt (updates maybe provided from internal sources – meetings, emails etc. or external sources – MEED, stakeholders etc.).
Workstream 2: BDA Support
Process and collate new information from the Business Development Officers into the CRM system and various relevant databases (data management and data processing skills).
Understand the various business strategies and support in the assessments of ventures and opportunities for management decision.
Workstream 3: Business Reporting
On a monthly basis produce the necessary board/management reports (Commercial Highlights, presentations etc.)
