Responsible for concept buying based on market analysis, seasonal analysis and competitor analysis Complete accurate forecasts evaluating financial components based on current trend, and knowledge of future events which will impact the business Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans and pricing strategies Partner with the planning team on the development of location-wise assortment plans Initiate quality vendor relationships to support new and ongoing product and services sourcing needs Review vendor lines, place orders, price merchandise, initiate reorders, supervise merchandise presentation, manage inventories and net margins as per territory guidelines
