Support concept L&D in territory IDP creation and tracking
Be familiar with all aspects of LMS to capture the entire learning journey from end to end. For example, upload content, assign courses, extract learning reports and make dashboards to reflect learning progress etc.
Work closely with Shoemart Ops team to continually improve Shoemart learning culture as reflected by number of courses assigned and completed
