In the recent survey of i12WRK, job seekers shared their responses to the questions asked and their understanding of the hiring process.
We are sharing the responses with you.
Most of the job seekers acknowledge that having experience (59.30%) gives a competitive advantage to get a job, more than attitude (21.11%), qualifications (10.55%), and networking (9.05%).
Having a good work atmosphere (56.78%) is a primary consideration, followed by a good salary (38.69%), and a good job location (4.52%).
(55.78%) of job seekers believe that recruiters look at less than 20 applicants to acquire for a position whereas (31.66%) believe that recruiters look at 20 - 50 applications to fill in the positions. Only (12.56%) of job seekers view that recruiters look at more than 50 applications.
